Elysian was truly the BEST choice we made during our wedding planning process! From the moment we met (via FaceTime) Madison saw our vision and executed down to every last detail. Being an out of state bride, she was available to us for planning questions + help from the moment we signed her. Her packages are affordable and customizable which is so helpful for brides. I will forever be thankful we found her because she made our wedding day a complete DREAM come true. From reviewing vendor contracts + all of the communication leading up to wedding day with vendors, to being a built in best friend and wedding stylist on our big day - we are thankful beyond all the words for Elysian! I hired Dawn only a few weeks before my wedding for setup and take down at our wedding. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. She took all my decorations and made my vision come to life. She is one of the sweetest humans and just made my wedding experience so easy. My whole wedding party even commented on how professional and sweet she is. I knew she was going to set up everything perfectly and I didn’t have to worry about everything getting taken down at the end. Everything at the end was all organized and put back into the boxes, so it was super easy to just load everything into the car.
I am so grateful to have hired Dawn! I would have regretted not having hired her for our wedding! She goes above and beyond!

I hired Dawn as my DOC and it was truly the best decision I could have made! From the moment I got into contact with her she was eager to help me out and make sure our special day was as stress free as possible! She was so responsive to any and all questions we had. When our special day came, she handled everything herself and if anything went wrong I didn’t know because she did such a great job of handling everything on her own! We also got Maddy to make us a beautiful mirror and she did an amazing job at bringing our vision to life. I highly recommend Elysian if you’re looking for a stress free day! Love these girls!

There is nothing better than becoming friends with your wedding planner. Maddy was so relatable, exciting, and knowledgeable. She enhanced our wedding planning experience and made the overwhelming times feel doable. She is so creative, and with a few words, she was able to make our vision a reality. I met Maddy through a Rocky Mountain Bride photoshoot in 2021. We exchanged social media handles, and as someone who was recently engaged, I was intrigued when she mentioned she works in the industry and was looking to branch out into her own company. I trusted her expertise and reached out to see if she would be interested in working with me as the day of coordinator (in addition to the one provided by my venue), and in helping with some of the signage and creative pieces of the day. Maddy made the entire planning process feel less like a task and more like planning the ultimate party with a friend who just happens to be an expert at throwing epic celebrations. I gave her full autonomy in creating signs, bridesmaid favors, and placing different pieces of guest favors, pictures, and reception extras. Fully let her have fun with the day! Oh, and let's talk about those custom signs! Our wedding got a serious upgrade with the coolest personalized signage on a variety of antique mirrors- from seating to ceremony. It was like Maddy sprinkled a little extra magic disco dust on our decor, and we couldn't get enough of it.The entire planning process felt less like a task and more like planning the ultimate party with a friend who just happens to be an expert at throwing epic celebrations. When picking a day of coordinator and decorator for our wedding we wanted to ensure that the individual was someone who was very organized, creative, and especially good at communicating. Maddy fit our criteria to a tee, plus she is such a sweetheart and breeze to work with! She ensured from the start we felt heard, helped collaborate and answer a million different questions, as well as made the day run very smoothly from start to finish. We would highly recommend her for helping coordinate your special day and also decor! Her art was simple and beautifully executed. Maddy was a breath of fresh air throughout the wedding planning process. My husband and I knew we wanted a destination wedding but we had no clue what went into planning one or where to even begin. Maddy was there for us every step of the way, but most of all she made the day of our wedding STRESS FREE and if you are currently in the wedding planning process you know that’s hard to come by. On our wedding day, my husband and I got to sit back, hang out with our friends/family, and watch the wedding of our dreams come to life. Maddy helped with coordination, decoration, cake cutting, being a hype queen, and so much in between. There is absolutely no way we would've been able to do our wedding without her!

I cannot say enough good things about Maddy and the Elysian team! The absolute best decision I made as a bride was hiring Maddy. Even though she is incredibly busy, every time we met, she made me feel like I was her #1 priority. We got WAY more than our money's worth with the decor, the coordination, the advice, the guidance, and with Maddy joining for a lot of consultations and meetings. She is very knowledgeable and knew the answers to all of my questions and if she didn't, she would find out right away. She was super well organized and had all of the vendors coordinated from the get go. I was so calm the week leading up to my wedding because I completely trusted Maddy and things that I no longer wanted to make decisions on, I passed off to her because I knew she would know exactly what to do. Not only was I not stressed, but my mom and the whole bridal party were also able to relax and enjoy the day because they put all their faith in Maddy too and it completely paid off. I got many thanks from my family for hiring her so that they were able to enjoy the day in its entirety. The day was absolutely flawless and if anything went wrong, I and everyone I talked to, was completely unaware of it. She had everything ready to go with plenty of time left before the ceremony began and had everything packed up and ready to go before the end of the night. I had lots of people tell me that it was the most on-time, smooth, and well-executed wedding that they had been to. What was truly special about both Maddy and Dawn, was how invested they were in me and my groom throughout the whole process but especially the day of. Dawn took lots of photos and videos of special moments when the photographer was elsewhere and sent them to me first thing the next morning. And Maddy got emotional as I walked down the aisle which just shows how much they truly care about their work and their brides (and grooms too I guess (; ). I will never be able to thank them enough for their incredible work and help throughout the entire process and for making our special day the perfect, magical experience that it was
